EXP 3: Image Captures of CryEngine 3 Environment
4 REAL TIME IMAGE CAPTURES SHOWING DRAFT CRYENGINE3 ENVIRONMENT
5 REAL TIME IMAGE CAPTURES OF THE DEVELOPED CRYENGINE3 ENVIRONMENT:
This aerial oblique view of the bridge shows it spanning across the valley, connecting the island separated from the mainland. The size and curved futuristic form create intrigue in the viewer, reflecting my concept of stimulating an emotional response with the use of abstract forms.
This side view of the bridge shows how it spans the valley and exhibits its complex form supported by 6 pillars that are embedded in the cliff and mountain.
This aerial view of the whole landscape shows just how it spans the valley and also the placement of the folly and meeting place. Its curved shape, inspired by Peter Zumthor's plan of the Brother Klaus Field Chapel reflects the shape of a leaf and a place of sanctuary, where that leaf shape form was adapted and opened up into a curved bridge. The shape combined with the bridge surrounded by green space reflects my concept of abstract forms responding to the environmental concerns of the present and future.
This image captures my two elevators, the one in the foreground, the Dean's elevator shaped in a similar curvilinear shape and the lower elevator, the students' elevator to transport class representatives to the folly and meeting space to discuss matters to improve the school including academic and environmental matters.
This is a closeup shot of my folly and meeting space where the curved shelter and leaf shape of the bridge and school is continued in the design. The symmetry and balance of the form also reflects that of the bridge and school.
OTHER IMAGES:
View of the bridge and school from the folly highlighting its magnitude and grandeur.
Entrance of the school through a general walkway that connects to the mainland.
Closeup of the school with the overarching curved form that brings the whole school together.
Closeup of the bottom level which consists of three grand flights of stairs that lead from the main thoroughfare to the lecture theatre and library.
Balcony of the second floor where the workshop and research space for academic staff sits.
Side closeup view of the gallery space that is surrounded by glass walls as well as showing the vastness of the school.

EXP 3: Draft Bridge 2
Update of first draft of the bridge. The school is going to be within that curved shape with a circular glass floor where students probably may arrive via elevator (still to be put in) whilst looking down into the valley floor.
